Ordering Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal checks. Orders may be placed via phone or fax, or in person at our showroom. Please use our PDF order form. We are not currently accepting orders through our website, but look for this feature in the near future!

Be sure to include the following information when placing your order:

• Fixtures: model #, description, quantity, patina finish, and total length for hanging fixtures (if applicable). Total length is the length including shade, from the ceiling to the lowest part of the completed fixture, which can be metal or glass depending on the specific model.
• Shades: model #, description, quantity

Please review our Terms and Conditions before ordering. Restocking fees are charged on all returns and some items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered.

Order time ranges from 3-8 weeks, depending on quantities, current schedule, and custom specifications, although most orders ship within four weeks. Some items may be in stock and can be shipped immediately; please inquire.

We currently only ship within the continental United States. There is a 6% shipping and handling fee, with a minimum fee of $10. Chandeliers will incur an additional oversize shipping charge of $20. Floor lamps and selected chandeliers are not available for shipping. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise arranged.
