OSHA NOTICE OF NO VIALATIONS
Cal OSHA Enforcement inspected Metro Lighting August 15th and 16th of 2007 after a picketing employee filed a meritless complaint. They found NO VIOLATIONS.
Cal OSHA Enforcement returned on October 10th of 2007 after the employee made a follow-up complaint.

An inspection was conducted by Sylvia Murray at a place of employment located at 2121 San Pablo Avenue, Berkeley on 08/15/2007. The inspection was initiated by any of the following reasons: complaint, follow-up, referral, or planned.
Description of area(s) inspected: Procedures for working with ENPREP 160SE. [Electrocleaner]
Said inspection was completed on 08/16/2007. It has been determined that NO VIOLATIONS of any standard, rules, order or regulation set forth in Title 8, California Code of Regulations and Division 5 of the California Labor code has been found as a result of this inspection.
